"Bob converted our 1950’s style ranch into a modern home. Bob rearranged the first floor, putting in new interior walls, turned three bedrooms into two, added two new bathrooms, remodeled the entire kitchen, changed the breezeway into a cathedral sun room, and added a third bedroom and exercise room in the basement. We have two new walk in closets, and he moved the washer and dryer upstairs from the basement which was more convenient.  He converted us from oil heat to gas and central air conditioning, upgraded the wiring throughout, and insulated the walls and ceilings.  The house is beautiful.
